this was part of a UX guided Product Management effort to upgrade and enhance a builder remodeler project management tool suite (originally built on SUN/UNIX OS and redesigned for iOS mobile and tablet usage in the field) allow for physical sitewalk inspections and management of a refurbishing project from bid intake, quote and sub contractor alignment to foreperson managed the itemization of needed repairs and finish work completion through to punchlist, closeout and vendor payment
